Femaie selection with broad pyramidal shape with dark green, spiny leaves. Maintains dark green foliage all season. Clusters of small white flowers attract pollinators in spring. Needs a male pollinator to produce lustrous red, 1/4" berries that mature in October and persist through winter. Provides nectar and pollen for pollinators, food and cover for songbirds, quail and other wildlife.
Can be used as a hedge.
