Upright, somewhat compact habit with lustrous, dark green foliage. The flowers are yellow-green, about 1/2" in diameter. Forest Green is a a good choice for shady woodland borders or as a hedge or screen.

Plants will eventually spread by suckers which can be cut away or left to spread. This is a good choice for moist to wet soil providing nesting sites for birds and cover for wildlife. Deer resistant.
